We are preparing the new generation of black belts and expanding our ever-growing programs to include boxing fitness, kettle bells, tactical gun, and Krav Fit - a workout that incorporates CrossFit with Krav Maga. We also offer kids martial arts classes & women's self defense programs. It's a tough world out there! We'll teach you how to defend yourself and stay protected in a variety of situations. Our programs will fit your self-defense and fitness goals.
