I bought a laptop a while back from computer connection. The laptop had numerous problems, they wanted a heapload of money to fix it. I told them I bought the computer and i wanted my warrenty service. They refuesed. The Boss Refused. To my advantage. The people that did this to me got Fired. So, Its a hit or miss with one. Just consider all the laptops in there to be AS_IS unless the people working there actually know that they include a warrenty

They were able to fix my computer(which needed the disk space to be freed) in the same day. When it had problems with downloads the next day, they ixed it for free!

Had to get both of our home computers updated and repaired. Did not want to buy 2 new computers so I thought" repair one more time before we replace them." Most computer stores won't come to your house but Bert came out within a day. He repaired both of our old computers and they are still working great. Bert was also very helpful and told my daughter or son that they could call him if they had any questions about the computers that he updated. What more can you ask for. Thank you!!

These guys are very thorough. I had a very difficult problem to diagnose and they did it!!! They were very reasonable in cost. They also were quick and efficient. Now my pc is back and better than ever. Thank you Computer Connection.

I need to take a moment and applaud the people who operate the Computer Connection. I walked into the store in Arizona Pavilions first with a question and a slow Dell laptop computer. Steve Kauffman was the first person I talked to and he went out of his way to answer my question thoroughly and explain what I was doing incorrectly with my laptop. Michael, Computer Connection technician, corrected my slow laptop by increasing the RAM for nearly nothing. I truly want to commend Computer Connection and recommend both locations (Arizona Pavilions and East Broadway) to anybody with computer issues or who may wish to trade their computer for a more powerful model.

I stoped into their new location on Cortaro when my PC would not power up. Within 2 hours I was repaired and surfing the internet. Their price was very fair and they made sure all my questions were answered. Never thought I would be repaired and on line the same day but I was impressed.

My laptop crashed during the week of finals, needless to say I was frantic. I dropped off my computer and in one day (yes one day) they were able to recover all my files, install a new harddrive, and restored all my data. Thanks to Computer Connection they saved my electronic life!
