In my opinion I would not use this person to do your tax returns. I used him to do my 2006 & 2007 returns and in both cases I was audited by the IRS. In both situations he made the mistakes and I paid the interest & penalties. He never returns phone calls in a timely manner especially if you tell him you received an IRS audit notice. For example I called him for three weeks straight, spoke to his assistant multiple times and he still never returned my calls. I finally had dealt with the IRS myself.
