      Dr. Coffey is everything you would want in a doctor. He is knowledgeable, professional, kind and caring. He is also great with kids. Definitely a 5 star doctor. Lisa Miller

      Dr. Coffey graduated from Stanford University and then went on to earn his medical degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. After earning his degrees, Dr.Coffey completed his residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Yale-New Haven Hospital where he also served as Chief Resident, the first of many of his leadership positions. Dr. Coffey held the position of Chief of Otolaryngology at Bridgeport Hospital for 10 years, and as senior attending at both Bridgeport and St. Vincent’s Hospitals. A highly respected and published authority in his specialty, Dr. Coffey has been widely published in medical journals and is regularly honored as a “Top Doc” in Connecticut Magazine’s annual peer review. When he is not helping patients, he enjoys swimming and backpacking with his five sons.
