Katie and Tina were wonderful to work with and we were so glad we went with them for our caterers!
They did an amazing job of helping us to plan our July 4th, 2009 wedding out at the Fontainebleau Inn. They were so much fun to meet with about the menu and we felt so comfortable talking through ideas with them. Beyond being enjoyable to work with and share the day with, they cooked amazing! food. Our expectations, which were pretty high, were surpassed by their amazing ability to cook fresh and tantalizing food. I am a vegetarian and so are some of our guests, and they prepared items that were to die for and I crave regularly - the mushroom strudel was decadent! And our meatatarian family and friends were in heaven with the chicken and pork dishes accompanied by their multiple sauces and chutney. The cake was so beautiful and was so flavorful that I would recommend it for any occasion (lemon and raspberry filling with white cake and buttercream frosting). A few other points that we felt were so important - the presentation of the food was really classy and avoided the feel of a traditional buffet. The people that they hired to help serve the food were kind and professional and really added a wonderful vibe to the event. We enjoyed every aspect of our experience with Word of Mouth and we are sure that you will too.

food and service don't get any better than this. Tina and Katie work magic behind the scenes, making for the perfect wedding or event. Savory, flavorful, unique and perfectly prepared is what you can expect from the food, but don't forget to have a chat with the charming and amusing owners of a great local business. You won't be disappointed, but make your reservations early. There is little room on their schedule.

What a treat it was to work with Tina and Kate and what beautiful and yummy food. They are so experienced and competent, it was a pleasure to plan with them and we had literally no worries the day of my daughter's wedding. Familiar with the inn where we held the wedding, their presentation was spectacular and their service invisible. We coudn't have asked for more! And the cake! I think I had five pieces!

What an event! Kate and Tina just served 140 guests for my daughter's wedding and we have had nothing but RAVE reviews. Not only was the food deliciously prepared, but it was also served with such glorious panache that flowers were not needed on the stations tables! Their wait staff carried on with the utmost attention to unobtrusive yet efficient and friendly service. Professional all the way, this catering team is over the top with dynamic recipes, aesthetic presentation, and a courteous business approach. I could not recommend them more highly.

They were very responsive to my inquiries, worked within my budget and the day of my event everything having to do with the catering was perfect.
