Reflexions of the Sole provides the bodywork modalities of Reflexology, Massage and Ear Candling as well as metaphysical approaches to wellness that are centered on body readings and holistic counseling. Each session is individually tailored to assist clients in their self-discovery for natural healing of their mind, body and spirit. Relaxation is the first step to better health as it works gently to relax the body by instilling and then maintaining a state of wellness. Improving health through relaxation is available to all age groups from newborns to the hospice patient and even in the dental practice! Reflexology and chair massage are both portable to help corporations or businesses provide employees a short rejuvenation session during work hours or simply a reward to clients. Additionally, home parties are also being diversified to include short bodywork sessions. Participants of the short sessions need only to remove their shoes, socks and jewellery with the bodywork performed over their clothing.
