They refused to provide care to an animal that had been left to die after being hit by a car. The dog died in my arms, in their parking lot on their watch. After the animal passed, only then did they offer any assistance and even then only in disposing of the body. I will never take my animals to this facility. I understand that care costs money but in my opinion, if you are employed by a veterinary clinic and claim to be a facility that helps animals, such as an animal hospital (in the title), it is in your job description to help animals that cannot provide for themselves as well as the lucky ones with owners. Do not support this business and their ethics by bringing your own pets in.

Absolutely wonderful customer service! The staff is so compassionate and does everything they can to deliver the best veterinary care at the lowest cost. The vet personally called to follow up to make sure my dogs new medicine was working well for her. I recommend Lincoln County Animal Hospital to everyone!
