Had my nails done by Kim she is VERRY MESSY!!!! She laughed straight to my face when I mentioned that it was a very sloppy job. Nails had to be removed because she did not understand what style I wanted in the beginning ( her English was terrible) and I did not receive any discount for her mistake . terrible service and a very rude manager! I DO NOT recommend anyone going there!!

I've been trying to call and make an appointment and because my office phone shows on caller id as a toll free number they answer and then immediately hang up on me. I will take my business down the road.

Awful place, A lady called Kim did my face wax and she bunt my face , my face looks scary . Very rude manager, when I tried to complain to her ,she said am the one who chose to deal with them. I wouldnot recommend this place to any one. I went to the ER after having a completely burnt face and am sending letter with my face picture to the health department .

I would highly recommend this place! Professional staff, relaxing massage chairs, great service, and a lovely salon. I get my nails done here every two weeks and get my eyebrows and upper lip waxed here too. I can't imagine going to another place to get such great service done. I encourage you to come and try this place out!

Very classy, nice, clean business. A man named Kenny did my nails, and he was very thorough and did a great job. He fixed a very crappy set of acrylics from another salon without having to remove them and apply a new set. Just a note: They accept credit cards but are unable to add the tip to the card, so be sure to take cash for a tip. I was so happy with the place that I drove over to Comerica's ATM inside Kroger to take out cash and went back to leave a tip!

Happy Nails is definitely top on my list of nail salons go get my mani's and pedi's done. Not only is the staff very welcoming, they also make sure that once you leave the salon, you are happy with your nails. The atmosphere is truly relaxing, clean, and beautiful with an elegant air. I would personally recommend getting a shellac manicure and a pedicure with a sea salt and hot rock massage here. The shellac manicure really lasts for what its worth and the pedicure with a sea salt and hot rock massage always relieves me from the fatigue from dealing with work and my kids. There are also a large variety of shellac colors as well as regular polish. Overall, I would definitely recommend this salon to everyone and anyone who wants a job well done.

Excellent price and excellent service

Was trying to find a good pedicure place in my area with decent prices that meets my expectations. I figured I would give this place a shot. Very clean and welcoming environment. The staff was also very welcoming too. I would highly recommended this place! Finally a place I can get my toes done, not far from home and not pay a fortune! They definitely met my expectations!

Really NICE place! Nicest nail salon in area...and I've been to many over the years...very relaxing, clean and staff is professional and very friendly....this is my new "go to" place for mani's and pedi's!! Prices are great and they did an excellent job! Can't wait to go back again in 2 weeks!!!
