Overpriced service, rude guy. Smelled so bad I wanted to vomit. Used cheap tricks to inflate his time spent on the "repair" so that he could charge more. Otherwise, I had an excellent computer repair experience.

Is careful to preserve data, obviously knows more than those big box guys. I have used them several times and have always been satisfied with both the price and the service provided.
