First call, phone operator demanded for my insurance company's phone number and mailing address before appointment can be made. Second call, phone operator demanded $75 charge for first appointment. Never before encounter such unreasoanble and mercernary clinic! After two calls, still can't make first appointment with doctor. Frustrating!
