Service is generally poor and phones are not answered whenever there is a problem. We have had problems such as the dumpster not being emptied for a week or two. Some simple household trash such as a thin piece of metal will be discarded on your lawn or thrown across your yard for some reason. I cannot get through to them to find out why this is happening. It seems like something is wrong....

We have been a customer for more than a year and their service is at best mediocre and spotty. they are supposed to pick up once a week but we have had several occasions when they skipped a week and one instance where they skipped 2 weeks and only came out when I called to ask them if they planned on getting to it any time soon. The person on the other end of the phone said "I was never told to pick up at your address". I can confirm, however, that they are very consistent with getting their bill to me on time. The only reason I chose this service over the competition in the beginning was because the lady who answers the phone there is very nice and treated me like a customer when I first contacted them. The other service provider was rude when I made the initial inquiry. It really comes down picking the best of the bad.

Poor service, some months they pick up garbage others they don't, but you will get their bill every month!
