- PRIMARY CARE Medication Refills We can provide prescriptions at all office visits. If it is necessary to receive a refill without an appointment, call: (231)929-7933 and ask for the nursing line. Please allow 48 hours for processing. Prescriptions cannot be filled after hours. Emergency Care In cases of medical emergencies like chest pain, stroke or trauma with severe injury or bleeding or any life threatening conditions, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. The Munson Medical Center Emergency Department is located at: 1105 Sixth Street and is open 24 hours a day. They can be reached at: (231)935-5000. After Hours If you need to speak to a physician when the office is closed, call the Munson Medical Center operator at: (231)935-5000 and ask to have the physician on-call paged. If You Need Hospitalization Our providers are affiliated with Munson Medical Center and your hospital care will be provided by hospital based Family Practice Physicians. They will update us regularly on your progress and we will receive all the information from your stay including tests and medications. This collaboration allows us to deliver the best care possible. ASSOCIATION About Our Providers Dr. Hoffman holds her Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan and Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her Family Practice Residency at Munson Medical Center and is Board Certified in Family Medicine. Dr. Madigan received her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science degrees from Wayne State University. She received her Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her Family Practice Residency at Munson Medical Center. Dr. Madigan is Board Certified in Family Medicine.
