I am very pleased with Berg Well Drilling. I had no water in the house and it was late in the day when I called. They were still able to come out & took care of the problem. I had water again in no time. The bill was reasonable, and I was very impressed with the knowledge of our technician. Real professionals!

While very busy, they were able to fit us into their schedule and complete the job in the timeframe we requested. Pricing was fair, and complete. Short Kudos! Woke one morning with zero water pressure. Contacted Berg and they adjusted their schedule to ensure I was visited that day. Fortunately, the issue was only a tripped GFI outlet. HOWEVER, during discussions, I discovered a few issues with the pump and plumbing that would make winter shut-down very difficult. Technician stayed and installed additional parts to greatly simplify the shut-down and provided additional service of teaching me the procedures for both shut-down and spring start-up. Very professional and I am thankful they showed the personal service of helping me - a relative novice regarding plumbing. Thank to Doyle III for his assistance.

In today's profit/greed based business models that seem to be nearly everywhere; every once in a while a company will be solely based on a different model, this model being the profit/sustainability business model.

Berg Well Drilling is one of these rare exceptions for the status quo of profit only businesses operating in Michigan; because they truly care about stewarding their activities well and seek the best outcome, for each customer they assist with their services.

My mothers residence had a power outage emergency that left her without water once power was restored. After being called late in the day, they scheduled a 10 am appointment time for the next morning. Arriving in the 10 o'clock hour as promised, they immediately sorted out the issue; which ended up being an electrical/ not pump issue.

Not only were they professional, timely and polite; they waived the charge for coming out all together, because they did not repair anything; yet they did diagnose the issue. This is the type of company we all need to have a great day! To anyone reading this review; I use critical thinking and say to you now, choose Berg Well Drilling to get the job done fairly and right when you have no-water.

Called them on a Friday just before five PM. Doyle Berg himself came out to see if it was just a switch or the pump. Of course it was the pump! 21 years and it finally gave up. Doyle told us everything that they could do for us.

The next morning, Saturday, Stephan was at our house exactly at ten and we had a new pump installed and water flowing before Noon, just as promised/

It is great to have a company that does exactly what they say they will do when they say they will do it!! Especially when you really need them to come through!

Water pump quit. Called late in the day on a Friday. The owner said he would come out after work. The problem was the pressure switch. He got the existing one to work and just charged me gas money to drive out.

We had no water one evening this summer and I called that evening and spoke with the owner. He had someone call in the morning and water by mid afternoon. The quote was equal to the total. Wonderful Christian family owned business. Love them. Call them from now on.

On the morning of Dec 26th, we awoke to no water in the cabin. Thinking we were going to have to head home, we began calling well service companies and Berg not only responded, but talked my husband thru some problem solving steps and determined it was a pressure switch prob. $20.00 as opposed to a $100.00 service call AND allowed us to stay at our cabin as opposed to heading home. What a great company, focused on results, not invoicing...

My well went pump went out this past weekend, I called on Sunday evening expecting to leave a message and ended up talking to the owner. He sent someone over first thing this morning to verify that my pump was not working, had a crew here by noon and water by 2:30. Couldn't be happier with how they made me a priority to get me back in service.

If you are having well problems, these are the people to call! They have went way above and beyond, to get us water! They have been here for 2 days and we will have water today! The estimate has changed when other things needed to be done, but they talked with us about it before any work was done! They are very nice people and are eager to please! I highly recommend them!

we were quoted $150-$175 for a tank and charged $362. That's DOUBLE what we were quoted. I am still in shock. We had an all around rough experience. The guy was nice as could be. But things didn't go so well and then the extra charge? I feel like he should have honored his quote!
