Horrible customer service!! I was looking at a horse trailer they had advertised. Contacted them and spoke with Lenny, he gave me info and VIN number so I could start the loan process. I called them back a few times just to touch base with the process and needed other questions answered. Lenny was on vacation, so I spoke to Max (total flake). I asked him to send me info that the bank was asking for, he never did. But the real topper is the day I called them to ask how they wanted the check made out from the bank, with my new approved loan, well....they sold the horse trailer the night before! The same night I called and spoke to Max! Seriously?!? There were 3 different sales people that had my name, number and email. Unprofessional and horrible customer service! Don't buy here, go to a company that will appreciate your business and show some respect when dealing with you.

Bought my atv there and was very happy first class big place of course I was giving them money. It all changed when I brought it in for a service apparently the place had sold.



They keep my atv much longer then they had said. The cost where much higher then they said. The atv had 4 dangerous problems when they finally gave it back to me---could have killed myself backing it out of the truck that is after taking 30 min to get it started. They even took parts off they claim that they told me that they did (?????) like I oked having only two of four lugs on a wheel---that what you will get from them your lying. They even charged me for a new battery they didn't put in.



I had to take to a motorcycle shop to have it fixed so I could use it. The other shop could not believe their eyes.

Company has a very friendly and knowledgeable sales staff and one of the largest selections of trailers I've seen in this area.

The new managment made our experience very pleasant. We had been there in the past and had a hard time with our service, but what a turn around. The service department is a great now.
