We bought a used car from Broadwater. I always get our cars checked out before I buy, but I asked if their mechanics looked at this car (3x). I was told yes, the car is solid. Day 1, I took it to get an oil change and looked over. I was told there was over $1800 repairs needed ASAP. The 3rd time we drove it, the transmission went out. There were codes on the engine that said transmission was going. I was told the tranny has to misfire a lot for these codes to show up...this had been a problem for a while. I called BF and got a huge run around. We had the car for 11 days and had over $4000 in repairs. BF refused to work with us. They said they would find a car we could trade it for, but never did. We told them we were lied to about this car and they said "this is what you get when you buy used cars". They were absolutely horrible to work with. Integrity, honesty and ethical standards were nowhere to be found in our dealings with them. We would caution dealing with this company!
