I have to say that when we hired Pools by design they would be the 3rd inground pool that we have had designed and installed so I can consider myself a professional swimming pool purchaser. The owners name is Jeff Tierno and I have never had such a seemless experience than when interacting with Jeff. No matter how big or small our demands were Jeff and his team handled the job from start to finish in a way that made this unpleasant project seem so simple and effortless. One of the most up front experiences we have had over the years of ownership of our pool. We have over the last 22 years had 2 renovation projects, in that time we dealt with different contractors and personalities.. The staff of Pool's by Design kept us on budget and well informed the whole way through. Our only regret is that we didn't use them prior and, that the swimming season isn't longer.. Thankyou J. & M. after Pools By Design installed a new liner it began to pull away from the sides the new liner was installed in April, 2007 (it is now une of '07). After a few phone calls we were told that someone would come and take care of it. That never happened and now nobody answers or returns our phone calls. And, on top of that, the people from this company neglected to tell us that once the liner was in, we had to have the pool IMMEDIATELY half way filled. It coslt us another $700. to have water delivered.
