We bought an African Grey from them in 2/14. She was shaking when we got her and they said "oh that's normal". In December she fell from her perch and had trouble walking. We brought her to the vet and they said she had the avian bornavirus. This only comes from other birds and we have no other birds. The vet said it must have come from the breeder or the store. I called the store and the owner told me there was nothing he can do other than offer us a discount on another sick bird. We had to spend the last few months watching our bird waste away. She passed away a few weeks ago. This place is dirty, the food is infested with bugs and the birds are sick! Reading reviews and talking with other people we have found others with similar stories. This is just awful. You spend $1500 on a bird that should live 60 years and you and your family have to watch it waste away. They should be out of business.

The only place to go for your bird and for all of its needs. You won't find a more friendly or knowledgeable staff anywhere!

The prices are the best around. They groom the birds. If you want a bird, they try and fit you with a bird, not for a quick sale. Best Bird Store around.So much better than the big box pet stores. Not only do they know what they are doing but they are friendly and love to help you out with any questions you may have. We have bought 3 birds from them and will be back for more if we ever decide to get another. I also buy my food from PBS for the birds

This the Best Bird Store ever, it's a one stop store. Anything you need for your bird it's here. You get to visit with your feathered friends and shop at the same time. You can even board your birdie here and they get good attention.

The best bird store I've ever been too. The staff is enthusiastic and caring, treating each bird with love. They are a great resource to customers for information regarding bird care, vets and products. I've been going there for over 15 years. Over a decade and a half of satisfaction says it all!

Best pet-buying experience I've ever had. They are now the ONLY place I get my bird's stuff from, and the only place I would ever get a bird from. So clean, so full of knowledge, and lots to choose from. Their birds are healthy, lively, and much better than those you find in Petsmart or Petco. My African Grey was friendly and hand-trained from day one, because of the high-quality of care that they gave while he was there. I have recommended them to COUNTLESS people!

What a great store, best bird specialty shop in New Jersey. The whole staff is so friendly and willing to help. I have purchased 2 birds through them and both have been sweet as possible. The staff will help you pick toys, cages, a bird and just give advice. It is a pleasure to go there; My cockatiel and I look forward to going every month.
