Due to: wrong dose this pharmacy gave me, I had to go back to my Doctor, after dealing with Overmedication. the "treatment" I got for overmedication was to cut back the dosage, until blood test levels return to the normal range* and overmedication symptoms were eliminated. My doctor re-evaluate my symptoms frequently, until your dosage and levels were stabilized, and the overmedication was resolved. A year later I had to go to the same process, this pharmacy over medicated me again with the very initial dose that it was poisoning me. they did it again. be careful, open your eyes please, don't trust this pharmacy people on this pharmacy.

Community of Torrance this may be helpful, If you been having this incidents at walgreens pharmacy:The standard defense in a pharmacist malpractice case is that it only has an obligation to fill a prescription accurately. This argument flies in the face of current pharmaceutical education and training which stresses that a pharmacist is a professional with professional obligations. There is no question that the pharmacists themselves have recognized that the scope of their responsibilities is expanding. The courts are beginning to recognize this and to hold that failure to meet this expanding responsibility constitutes pharmaceutical negligence.

The changing role of the pharmacist is being recognized in law and in practice. A pharmacist is now seen as a professional who can be sued for malpractice in their own right, even when they have correctly filled a prescription. By not providing good service or rejecting services like: refusing to take urgent prescriptions from patients.

I got prescriptions filled wrongly at this pharmacy, people at night shift are very rude, no manners at all, if something similar happened to you, do what I'm doing: Contact a Medical Malpractice Attorney If you have been injured as a result of the negligence of a pharmacy
