      Located in Torrance, Calif., Del Amo Gardens Convalescent Center is 90-plus bed semiprivate room facility that provides 24-hour nursing care. The center s staff includes a director of nursing, registered nurses, licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants. Its nursing care department provides pharmaceutical services, wound care program, intravenous therapy and enteral feedings. The center additionally offers pain management, post surgical, hospice and respite care programs. It provide several services in physical therapy, such as wound care management, mobility training, prosthetic and orthotic training, joint mobilization, balance retraining and restraint assessment services. The center s occupational therapy offers various training sessions, including self care, perception and cognition, energy conservation and family and care giver training.
