Dr. H is hand down the most gentle dentist. I had to get my wisdom teeth pulled out and she did it in a quick and painless way! I no longer fear my dental visits. Her hands are magic!

I have been a patient in this office for over 15 years. I trust the doctors and staff with all of my dental needs. Everyone in the office is friendly and knows what they are doing. It’s hard to believe, but I actually like going to the dentist. I mean, I don’t love dental work, but the docs and staff make me feel so at home, that it makes the experience comfortable.

I had read all the nice reviews about this office and decided to go there for an exam and cleaning. The front office staff was very friendly and I was promptly seated at my scheduled appointment time. I had such a pleasant experience on my visit that I decided to schedule a visit for my two younger boys. A week later I took my 7 and 9 year old boys, they both got a cleaning and one of them got a filling done without any issue. The younger one even said the dental shot did not hurt at all!

i am very frightened of the dentist and whoever answered the phone or answered my questions made my anxiety worse!!!!! the lady that answered seemed unsure of the information she was relaying to me, and she seemed confused. i don't know if she went to school to be a dental assistant but she did not know how to answer my questions. i see the lovely reviews of the office and im so confused? my co-worker told me about this office and i was very excited until i tried to schedule an appointment. i did ask a few questions relating to the extraction process and implants but did not get too far. did i call on the wrong day? or was this person not knowledgeable about anything in the dental field or maybe has not been trained as a dental receptionist? i understand the dentist is one thing, but the receptionist is the first impression of the office. their demeanor and first impression of them with patients is very important. maybe i will call another time and speak with someone else, maybe the manager? i did just have questions on tooth extractions and possible implants but again i need a knowledgeable person to let me know the process. I would like to speak with someone and hope the next time I call I do not speak to the same lady. I understand that maybe she just answers phones but that could be dangerous because I did look at the website and it stated that the whole staff was licensed but when I spoke to someone the other day which was 10/19 , the person I asked was very unsure and made me again VERY NERVOUS. I want to find a great dentist and the reviews seem great so Im hoping i will call again and possible remove my posting.
