So, 1) This business shows no care for customer's experience -- let people keep waiting and waiting under the killing sun burn by the water in a 90+ hot air without any proactive explanation or showing any apology about that. 2) The employees are not professional but personal, we kept getting ignored when we asking some technical questions regarding operating the jet. I am not sure if they were under the influence of our earlier complaint. 3) Showed no respect to customer's complaint. Responded extremely rude and offensive -- called customer's complaint and questioning as 'telling him how to run his business', pointed his finger right into customer's face, kicked customers out of his services because of their complaint with words "get your money back and you won't go" ...
