Went to Aldi's in Toms River, NJ to purchase 2 lounge chairs that were advertised in their weekly circular. When we arrived, we requested pricing on a glider and were advised that the glider was one price but when the cashier rung up the product, it was another price. We requested a supervisor and were greeted with an attitude and the supervisor was completed rude to us. When I got home, I decided to call the store to report the supervisor's behavior but could not find a telephone number. Service was horrrrrrible and will recommend that this store re-evaluate their employees' attitudes and customer service as they have lost a customer in me. Cashiers were very helpful but the supervisor is another story. She should not be working as a supervisor.

Any business that won't list a telephone number will NEVER get me into my car just so I can drive 15 miles to see if they have what I want to buy. Why should I waste my time with a company that cares so little about providing such a basic service to its prospective customers as a tel # for them to call?? Let them continue to be a second rate bodega.

Their prices are low on most of the food they sell. I find their own brand items to be just as good tasting as name brand. The hamburger meats last longer without turning brown in the refrigerator than from other supermarkets. Their deli sliced, pre-packaged cold cuts are very good and last long. Good produce and dairy products. Overall I always find good prices and good quality foods at Aldis.
