This facility is very good. I have never heard of anyone giving people the wrong medication. The place is not dark an dreary it has a very home feeling. When the aids are not taking care of the clients they are cleaning or doing the clients laundry or preparing meals. The clients are every staff members first priority. Anyone can stop by anytime of the day or night and the place is clean it never smells like some places I have been to like the facility's that have an odor all the time. The aids have been trained and are expected to do whatever needs to be done. There are always some kind of improvements being done. I hope anyone interested in a nice place for a family member to just go check Vicki's place out. You will be amazed at how nice it is.

Totally agree. The care providers do not appear to be fully trained. She has also been sued in court. I have heard many allegations of misconduct. There were new care providers every month. No consistency.

First she has relocated to Centennial Road. I was not impressed with the environment, nor the care giver. It was a dark, dreary & depressing environment. The fact that you have to have an appointment before you can tour is in itself a red flag. I had concerns about evacuation of residents in the event of a fire. Many of the residents when I toured had mental disorders.
