Resulting from a progression of Sjogren's Syndrome, diagnosed since 2004. In 2012, my health declined to Congestive Heart Failure, was scheduled to have heart valve replacement surgery on the following Monday, had a second opinion/consultation with Dr. Jeffrey Maludy on the Thursday before.
