I have eaten there hundreds of times, the staff and food have allways been great! Everything on the menu is good!

After having eaten here several times before, a group of us went on a Sunday afternoon for a brunch. Someone ordered a grill cheese and the waitress advised it was made with cream cheese and that people often didn't care for it. The order was placed with a request to make the sandwich WITHOUT the cream cheese.



Of course, when it arrived, it was swimming in cream cheese. We sent it back and after about 30 seconds passed, a condescening, self-righteous assistant manager arrived, sandwich in hand, and said she could change it but there would be a charge. I questioned the policy and she said the waitress told her that it was ordered that way. When I pointed out 5 of us had heard to the contrary, she told me she had to take what everyone said into consideration and that she believed the waitress. This discussion became heated but she left and there was no resolution.



Shortly later, she returned to start a second argument with me. Basically, she just wanted to chastise me for complaining. It ended with her getting frustrated and telling me to fill out a comment card. I did as she requested but never heard back.



So if you like mediocare food, if you like to be accused of lying and enjoy waiting to see what you end up being served with the expectation that you can always spend more if it isn't what you wanted, then this is the restaurant for you!!!!



If on the other hand, you find this story childish and find it unbelievable that a place would be willing to lose business over a grilled cheese sandwich, then I suggest you follow my lead and avoid this establishment in the future.
