      I had surgery January 31, 2013. Rotator cuff they did an excellent job. Very clean facility. Friendly staff. Dr Ervin did my surgery did a fantastic job. Did my therapy across the hall with great success there also.I have highly recommended this Dr and facility to several family and friends.
