Provided by YP.comThank you so much Sorrento for he care you gave my baby up until her finally hours. Everyone was so comforting I know it was time to let her go but the decision was still heart breaking. I know she wouldn't have lived nearly as long without Sorrento's care. I can recommend Sorrento to anyone that wants their pet to have the best care possible.

Provided by YP.comI used to love Sorrento, now its just a joke of a practice, receptionists never seem to know whats happening around them, I walked in and a young lady acted very frustrated by my presence, then just got up and walked away! As other receptionists tried to do her job, though were unable... I would come to find out she's the owner's daughter, I mean cmon!
Dr's are very rude, Ive had Dr. Smith and Cates, both were blatantly trying to push extra business on me. I watched as techs manhandled my dog, who is old and fragile, just trying to get her to the back, where I was not allowed to watch them work. The practice is dirty in the front, so I would like to see the back! The receptionist told me I could see the kennel if I wanted, though she was well aware I was not there for the kennel, very shady!
Also, they have new employees almost every week, long timers get let go for nothing, seems like a bad atmosphere every time. Again, I used to LOVE Sorrento, but over the past 6-12 months something has happened there, and it's not good in any way. I'm done there for good! Never go to Sorrento if you love your pets!

Provided by DexKnowsWe have been taking our pets to see Dr. Nicol for over 14 years! We started out wiith our cat Cici who lived a very long time and now they see our Siamese cat Gigi and our new German Sheppard Cooper. He got a nerological conditon growing up when he was about 8 months old. Dr. Nichol and the staff have been very helpful over the years to keep both of them in the best heatlh possible. Thank you very much for all you do for our pets and for always being so nice and welcoming when we come to see you.
Dr. Derek DeRose is very skilled, careful, diligent, gentle and compassionate in his treatment of pets. You can tell that he really really cares. My cat Kaffe became a totally happy cat after Dr. De Rose pulled out his infected teeth! And his mouth healed so quickly! The vet tech is also very skilled and knowlegable. The receptionist is welcoming, cheerful yet sensitive and ready to answer every query you pose. This is great vet clinic!
The staff is wonderful, they take the time to explain what is happening. Lots of care shown, and they remember your animals. I would definitely recommend them for someone searching for a new vet.
