This is the second or third time we have used Dutton Plumbing, and it always seems to be on the weekend and when we're getting ready to leave for somewhere, go figure. In comparison with other plumbers we have used (we own a residential home), they are very professional, well-equipped to handle the situation, knowledgeable and thorough. If there is a negative, it would be the pricing, but you are made aware of it up front so there are no surprises. We had Kevin as our Technician and he was assisted by Tom, both of whom helped to readily explain everything and make sure of the direction we wanted to go in before they initiated anything. I will have no reservations about calling Dutton again should, more like when, the need arises..

Exceptional service and professionalism. Kevin and Tom were both personalable and courteous, explaining everything that they were going to do as aprt of the service. They also clearly explained what the costs were going to be and provided options before they began. Armando did an excellent job at my home today. He snaked out my drainage stoppage, looked at it with a camera and did a complete inspection and cleared the stoppage. Very pleased that I contacted Dutton Plumbing. We had a toilet with a weak flush. Armando came out on a Sunday morning. He arrived on time. He was very sanitary, even wore shoe covers to walk through our house. He unclogged the obstruction in the toilet and even explained to us beforehand what he might have to do if initial efforts were unsuccessful. He also fixed one of our broken faucets in the master bathroom and gave us advice on a broken starter for our stove top and piping for our gas line fireplace. The cost was $69 TOTAL. Incredible service at an incredible price. Will use Dutton plumbing again and request Armando for future needs!

I give Matt an A+++ rating. I'm a retired television Technical Director and I know an expert technician when I see one. Matt is the best... I'll only use him. He found our leak under the concrete slab and he was dead on! No breaking up unnecessary concrete hoping to be close. He was right on top of the leak...and he saved the flooring from being damaged. I was able to relay/repair it myself. This guy is the real deal. If you can get him, trust me, you'll be happy and probable save some cash too. I'll only use Dutton Plumbing because they have Matt. They have the latest and best equipment and he knows how to use it. Hope this helps!
