poor customer service and support of product

I have a 9 month old baby and my heat went out at 9pm on a 12 degree night. Rabbit, who installed my heater this october(that's right, not even 3 months old) could not be reached, even though their website says you can contact them 24 hours. Very poor customer service and obvious poor quality product.
