He is down to earth and listened to my reasoning to go ahead with the knee replacement. He shared a few different times, his plans for my unique situation. He is personable, and has a good sense of humor. I am looking forward to working on my health goals with his guidance.

Dr. Noel has compassion, shows listening skills, answers questions in language you can understand. Has a sense of humor and treat's me as a patient not a number. I feel confident and heard when I see him. He is a person that shows honesty whether good news or not so good. Also today he had a PA, who was very kind, professional yet showed empathy.

We met tight in the middle of COVID when I broke my ankle and he was the surgeon on dutie and he said he could fix my ankle I had surgery the next morning... his personality through all of this has kept me going . I think he was the best surgeon for my case. It was an extremely fractured ankle and I am glad I had him!

Dr. Noel answered all of my questions, thoroughly explained the treatment plan, and did so in a friendly, understandable and non-hurried manner. I was feeling discouraged before my appointment, but his explanation of treatment options and his positive yet realistic attitude were encouraging. Although at some point I will need a knee replacement, I appreciate knowing there are many non-surgical approaches to pursue prior to that step.
