Provided by YP.comIf I could I would give this company no rating. Mr. Bannister committed to tree removal's from our property and our neighbors property. I was supposed to hear from him a couple days before then. That was to be this week 9/22/11. I left a voice mail message and called again asking for a follow up as to when we were scheduled. In his voice mail I was advised that he had classes today and tomorrow which is when I expected him and that his trucks were in Brooks County working on a job. When we finally connected via phone I was told that I was rude the first time he came out(Not) and that I would probably not be happy with his work after all. This after I asked how could I trust or depend that he would commit to showing up in the 3-4 weeks time that he had me on his schedule(note there was no specific date he could give me). So understandably, the customer is not important with Mr. Banister nor is his dependability. I wouldn't trust now that he would do the job he advised me he could. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
After years of being in business I realized it is difficult to precisely predict a shedule, so I started giving approximate wait times. Weather, personnel, and equipment factors can delay schedules. This particular customer sticks out in mind because of several comments made while quoting the job. She is correct after a very nasty voicemail from her, I did resopnd by saying I felt like I could not satisfy her and she should use one of the other "higher" quotes she had received. Customer satisfaction is important to me, as well as manners. There are certainly two sides to every story.
