Founded in 2000, Nexion Health is a privately held corporation that provides a wide range of nursing and rehabilitative services. It operates more than 40 skilled nursing facilities and has a trained and experienced staff that provides support and assistance for individuals. The center assists individuals with various short-term disability coverage, life insurance, additional accidental death and dismemberment coverage plans. In addition, it offers various medical and dental plans, vision coverage, and critical illness and accident insurance benefit programs. The center organizes various charitable and fundraising programs. It has locations in Baytown and Garland, Texas, Shreveport and Lafayette, La., and Aurora, Colo.
