As a Licensed Professional Counselor I utilize Reality Therapy as a practical method of helping people take control of their lives. In doing so I am trained to assist you to discern what you want, and what you need, and then to further aid you in evaluating how you can realistically attain what you want. I teach you to examine your own behaviors as to how they are hindering or helping you in your quest to bring balance into your life.

By doing so the result is increased self-confidence, better relationships, and the development of a personal plan for a more mindful and effective life. Reality therapy empowers you with the self-help tools to learn to cope with daily stresses that often lead to the imbalance we experience in life. Further, this coping skill will aid you to deal with life's adversity as you grow emotionally.
