With a background in social work, we have a passion for the foster and adoption community and are trained in TBRI and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy. Whether you're in the midst of a significant life transition, are struggling with relationship issues, or have experienced trauma, you can count on our expertise and compassionate approach to help you overcome hardship and begin living the life you deserve. As an in-person or telehealth practice, you have the convenience of accessing our services from anywhere, and private pay and select insurance are accepted!
