My grandson and I had so much fun at the Rock Ranch in 2010 we went back Oct 8, 2011 and even thaw we had a nice time was nothing like the year before! They only have two restrooms one of them did not have paper towels and needed cleaning. I informed a Rock Ranch employee about the problem. We got a snow cone and the only table available we sat at was NASTY. We spent about 50 minutes waiting in line and eating our snow comes. After we went back to the same rest room to wash up and nothing had changed. So I saw another employee and she could not even speak English! I was applied with the fact of all the English American speaking citizens that need jobs they would hire a person with questionable legal status. Lines where ridiculously long, many of the employees did not have the same attitude they did the year before and things where not as clean and in some cases down out right nasty. I sent them an email about my concerns and have not even gotten the curtsy of a reply.
