The people at Oregon Equipment are experienced and courtious. If you deal with contractors like I do you learn that they have insanely busy times and only busy times. These guys have worked me in to that schedule with professional results and reliable work. It's the kind of company that I like to work with, and I very much value their help with the many HVAC and refrigeration issues I deal with.

No Service Here! We asked for an estimate of when to expect them (i.e. Thurs afternoon unless the job ahead of you ties us up, then we'll call you). The response was "We don't make appointments, we have to see when someone is going to be in your area (15 mi away)and then we'll let you know we're on our way." Unbelievable - Never heard of a company that expects customers to wait with no idea of how soon they will be seen, if ever. This company doesn't even rate one star!We went with Hammerhead Heating & A/C in White Salmon - made a diagnosis appt for next day and were able to fix the incorrectly wired a/c unit in same visit. A real business that believes in service.
