Colony AC and Heating was the third company I had come out to fix the same problem with a furnace in a rental property. This was the first time I did not feel taken advantage of and that the problem was actually fixed. My tenant was so happy with Renee and the time he took to make sure the system was working properly. The office staff is great too. Will definitely use again!

We have used Colony for the the past 3-4 years.
We didn't have the annual ""tune-up"" maintenance program until this past year, but from just one experience it's well worth it already. Anyways, we feel confident in Colony and their proven technicians to keep the AC and heating units working in great condition.
Just today, Carl had our 2nd heating unit up and running in a flash.

I have used them for the past several years for servicing of my heater and AC. They are punctual, polite and knowledgeable. I never feel like they are trying to take advantage of me or sell me something I don't need. I buy the annual maintenance program from them every year.
We have been searching for a professional heating and air conditioning company for over two years, and we have definitely found one in The Colony Air Conditioning & Heating. The first time they came to the property it was to do an evaluation of our 8 units--they did an outstanding job. The second time we called them it was just to check a vibration of a unit that cools 7 offices. Mike determined that the wheel & motor needed to be replaced. Not only did they find the parts & replace them, Mike had the unit up and running again within 2 hours. We would highly recommend this company to others. They are professional, courteous, and go above and beyond their duties!
We were referred to Colony Air Conditioning and Heating by another company that is closing. We have previously used a company that gave us an arrival time of between 8 and 12 or between 12 and 5. Then they would usually arrive an hour or so AFTER the time slot, or call me before the time slot and say they were ready to come. So I was delighted to find that they gave me a set appointment time and told me they would call 30 minutes before. They did so, and were on time!
The technician was friendly and explained what he did. I signed up for an annual service agreement and am pleased with my first experience.
I was also pleased that they are promoting awareness of Breast Cancer Awareness Month by wearing pink shirts, writing in pink, and giving donations to Susan G Komen Foundation in exchange for reviews. This is a coimpany who wants to do something for others and not just take my money!

I've called Colony AC & Heating @ 2PM & they've been there before 5:00 to get my system fixed & going. I've used them extensively and know I can depend on them...for heating or AC. Their service people are EXTREMELY professional and well identified. They're thoughtful and considerate of your comfort and schedule. Their support people in the office are efficient and considerate. I HIGHLY recommend them for all your heating and air conditioning needs.

I first used Larry back in the 70's and he was very professional and honest. I was very impressed by his attitude toward me as a customer.
Saturday night my A/C went out and when I called yesterday Larry was out in a couple of hours. He told me the unit had a leak but he would charge it and maybe it would hold for a few days. With the weather as hot as it has been I said OK lets try.
This morning Larry called to check and see if the unit was working, but as luck would have it the freon was gone by 11pm yesterday. He asked me to call the office and have a work order set up.
When I called Michelle was very friendly and we had everything done in less than 5 minutes. The appointment was for sometime after lunch.
Mike and Jose got to the house about 12:15 and it took a couple of hours for them to remove and install the new unit. It has been running for about 1 hour and the temp in the house has already dropped from 87 to 85.
Given the temp and size of the house it is coming down faster than expected.
I would recommend this company to anyone. Very professional and Honest.

This company has serviced my air conditioning and heating since the a/c unit was installed over 7 yrs ago. All of the technicians are extremely courteous and polite. It doesn't matter who comes to do the routine checks they are all polite. They will tell me ahead of time if a part will need to be replaced at the next maintenance visit. They also work with me on service times. I would recommend them to anyone.

This company has serviced our AC/and and AIr handler from the day we bought our house, recently we had our air conditioner go out, they were here within a day to check it out, we had to have it replaced, they promptly set it up to be installed, worring about getting the ac on the house and not worried about payment, as I was going out of town for a week. it was there installed and waiting on me when I returned, Thay are fantastic! I would recommend them to anyone! they always make sure to take care of us. I would also like to give a shout out to Mike Houser and Jose Perez, the ones that installed the unit! they did a fast and great job! thanks so much!

After a long business trip I returned to a house with no A/C . From the answering service to the office staff, they could not have been more professional and caring. The next day they were there and with the unwelcome news we needed a new one. As a long time and satisfied customer, they got the new unit there in the afternoon and installed. Mike Houser and his trusty sidekick worked hard overcoming difficult logistics. They were professional, engaged and engaging. I recommend this team to anyone.

My AC went out on Sunday during this awful heatwave and I called first thing Monday morning for service. The office staff was so nice, gave me a window for a tech to come out that afternoon and he arrived right in the middle of the timeframe (not late as so many vendors are). Carl was very knowledgeable, tried doing a fix, but my unit was just too old and needed replacement (I knew this was a possibility and was glad he tried the fix first). Once again, I contacted the office staff with some questions about the unit I was purchasing and scheduled an appointment for installation the next day. Elaine was VERY helpful, friendly and able to answer all of my questions. The pricing was very reasonable. The installation team once again showed up right in the middle of the window of time I was given, with smiles on their faces ~ even though they're working in triple digit temps!! One other note - the temperature in my house was oppressively hot by Monday, so they brought me a window unit to help get through the night until the condenser was installed. Every person with whom I interacted was professional, good natured, and willing to do all they could to make this as painless a process as possible for me. I have heard many good things through the years about this company, and I am happy to say that they were as impressive as I've been told. Very highly recommend!!

I so appreciate Colony AC for quick response, fast & courteous customer service, and technicians who do their best to fix the problem in the most efficient & cost effective manner. They've saved us hundreds of dollars over competitors who tried to sell us equipment or parts we didn't need. I trust Colony AC and will not use another company again. Thanks, guys!

The answering service and the young ladies that scheduled and confirmed the appointment were excellent. Carl the tech shows up on time (between 2-5) and before he starts working he tells me I am being charged overtime as opposed to regular time. I said I wasn't aware of that when the appointment was made. He then says it doesn't say overtime on the order and he will charge me regular time. He can't find anything wrong except the back side of the condenser unit could use a rinse. He tightens up a yellow wire in the thermostat that wasn't loose and proceeds to charge me $90. Carl was at my house for less than 20 minutes. He spent more time in the van parked outside my house afterward. I phoned Larry (the owner) says ""No Charge"". Well, I got what I paid for my unit is still not working properly. The next day Larry calls and first wants to talk money and proceeds to tell me that Carl did a great job and he heard the whole thing because Carl had us on speaker phone. So I say then you also know he told me to rinse it off. Larry said,""Well he would have to charge you for that."" At the time I was being charged I was not charged after I phoned and said ""you better hope it
