I hit a curb on 2-24-2016, made mistake of having repairs done through geico collission at Demontrond in Texas City, TX.
I didn't get my car back until 3-31-16..
I did get multiple lame excuses as to why it took over a month.. Can't find parts, parts ordered were incorrect part when they arrive an so on.
Gieco was no help.
I was treated like crap for inquiring/requesting info on when it would be ready.
The Boy that was supposed to be over my repair work was sooooo RUDE...
I am sitting out side their "collision" center today, 4/5 waiting for them to move one of the new tires to the front from the back because they put the two new tires they installed on the same side of my car, even I know new tires go to the front and existing tires to the back.
DO NOT USE THIS COLLISION CENTER, you will regret it!!!
POOR SERVICE! This dealership has unreasonable prices compared to other dealers in the area. I live about 6 miles from DeMontrond but had to drive to a different city to get a fair and reasonable deal on a Toyota Camry. To top it off, the salesman misquoted the military discount that I inquired about. He told me it was $500 when indeed, it was $1,500. More importantly, he did not seem interested in listening and trying to figure out what I was explaining to him. I'm not one to argue or debate so I simply left the dealership and went to another one that was willing to work with me on getting the best deal for my money. Needless to say, I purchased a Camry Hybrid XLE fully loaded from a different location in a different city and was very pleased with my purchase.
OVERALL: Poor customer service and poor professionalism. I was disappointed because I was hoping deal with a dealership that was near my home. I've been driving Toyota vehicles for years but I would rather go out of my way to make a purchase rather than deal with an unprofessional salesman that doesn't care about the customer.
