Jay's a stand up guy, Honest and hard working, found his Shop by pure luck, and been using him for several years now.

I was at the mercy of whatever shop I went to and whatever they charged me. Its sad to say but, being female, Ive been told some WHOPPERS! When my diesel VW Passat was giving me some problems, I went to the Dealership. They wrote a long list of what was wrong, quoting the repair at almost $500.00! Thankfully, thats when I found Js. He test drove my car and told me what ONE THING needed to be replaced. I said fix it and he did. It was under $100.00!!! At Js Automotive, when you go in with a vehicle problem, they TRULY treat you like FAMILY. They REALLY DO treat your car/truck/motorcycle like it was theirs. J is not only a GREAT mechanic with years of experience, he is also HONEST!! Whens the last time you heard THAT about a mechanic?? Now if anything needs done to any of my vehicles, I take it to J, tell him the symptoms and leave it in his capable hands. He has NEVER FAILED to fix the problem(s) and he has NEVER charged me an unreasonable amount.

I was pulling a horse trailer through Terrell, and was lucky enough that I was across from J's Automotive when I had a flat tire. Jay came out to help me immediately, and even drove to the tire shop to get me a new tire. I thoroughly recommend J's for their customer service and problem solving.
