Dealt with these folks several times. They all seem to be pretty good folks, knowledgeable for the most part. They take the time to make the transaction happen correctly.

Just stood in line for 45 minutes at this location.I was trying to buy a computer. the staff was slower than molases and very uninterested in the people standing in line. I finally left making sure everyone heard me say that i would return when the employee's were in a bigger hurry to deal with customers. I watched one employee converse meaninglessly with one customer for 45 minutes while we waited. he was still dealing with ths customer when I left. It was very apparent to me that the group of employees working this store on march 2nd 2013 at 11:00 were proficient at anything but customer relations.
