If you’re looking for personal attention and professionalism in an insurance agent....this is not the place! I’ve been insured with Farmer’s Insurance Company for 18 years. After a serious illness I stopped into Mr. Thompson’s office to have him review my current policy and prepare for the future. The receptionist advised me that he was not available but would get back to me later in the day. Sadly, after my third attempt to reach him, he came to the phone but it was obvious he had not spent any time reviewing my request. Great at selling policies but once he has sold it, the customer service is over. For something as important as Life insurance, I suggest finding an agent that is not quite as cavalier about the needs of their customers....C Bastian
