This is a nice theater, it's clean and the employees are friendly. We have never had a bad experience here.

I have to say it's really cheap in comparison with the other local theaters. However, the last couple of times I've wondered about the service and management. There was one occasion that my husband and I observed a 'pirater' and notified the staff. They just blew us off. We even went as far as to call the manager 5 minutes later, upon returning to the car (cell phone), just to be sure that it was reported. Our efforts didn't even seem appreciated.The movie before last had a glitch in the audio for about 30 minutes. After reporting it, they could've backed the movie up, instead they just continued on. Is that what I paid for?And on my last visit, which was last night, it felt as though the 2 1/2 hrs that I was in there, the air conditioner had been turned off. I breastfeed, so it can get even hotter for me than for everyone else. But when the movie had finished, my family looked as though we had just come back from a trip at the park. It was HOT!
