I ordered two dozen (24) tortillas and they gave me one dozen (12).... How do you mess up an order that simple?!
Do not waste your time..they had about 7 employees a Wednesday night. There excuse was that they were under staffed. You dont run a business by giving excuses. TERRIBLE
My favorite restaurant in Temple. Love their new salsa especial! I hope they keep it.
Always love Taco Cabana in Temple. The food is great & I really have never had to complain about anything in the dozen or so times we've eaten there. About a week ago, I noticed a change on the menu as the Super Tex-Mex was gone & was changed to something similar. I ordered the replacement and didn't like it as well, but I'll still got back when I'm in the area. Hopefully the menu will go back the way it was.
Don't waste your time or money. Go to BJ's next door for better food and service.
I was going to try the new store in town, having been going to Taco Cabanas for years. I was stopped short at the door by what's known as the 30:06 sign (a reference to the number of the particular Texas regulation). A business can post this sign when they do not want anyone to carry a licensed concealed handgun onto their premises. Simply put, it is a "WE DON'T WANT YOUR BUSINESS" sign to law abiding citizens who have received training and backgound checks in order to provide safety for themselves, their loved ones, and perhaps to complete strangers. The only other place I've seen this sign was the Goodwill store. I've found no other businesses posting this sign. Too bad for them. I don't see them lasting very long with this sort of attitude.
This Taco Cabana was good and had excellent customer service for about the first 5 days. Now that they have been open over a week or two, their inexperienced customer service will be the down fall of this franchise. They are now trying to skim customers on food, getting orders wrong, and are just completely rude and inconsiderate..0 This kind of customer service is what will drive customers away. These inexperienced young employees at Taco Cabana have a chip on their shoulder and think everybody owes them something. These young kids will realize how much farther and successfull they could be by being a little more curtious and willing rectify any mistake they might have created. THE MOST IMPORTANT RULE IN DEALING WITH THE CUSTOMER IS THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT, IF IT WERE NOT FOR CUSTOMERS SPENDING THEIR MONEY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT, THESE YOUNG KIDS WOULD NOT HAVE A JOB.
