This agency used to be good when they were small. Unfortunately, the bigger they got the less compassionate and attentive they became. Too many indians and not enough chiefs. They will use you for the all mighty dollar. But, don't expect anybody to listen to your concerns or care about your feelings. They won't. And if you don't agree with everything they say or do, they won't hesitate to throw you to the curb. There are much better agencies out there. I would steer clear of this one. Quality is not in their vocabulary.
