Management is on-site, professional and pleasant. All repair issues were dealt with in a pleasant and timely manner, and the complex is nicely maintained. ~John S.

I lived here when I went to college. I give it 5 stars not because it's the most glamorus/beautiful property but because I was completely happy to live there and call it home. It is a good bang for the buck and you couldn't ask for better mgmt. They don't put up with nonsense, take care of maintenance issues right away, and have genuine concern for the residents. A lot of residents are long term and I can see why. I combed the area thoroughly around ASU for places to live. I considered mgmt, price, location, crime statistics you name it. Southern Gardens remained at the top of the list but there was no availability. I came back a couple of times and something came up. It was definitly worth the wait! FYI: only 2/3 bedrooms, utilities included, boiler system(but who's complaining with free utilities), no dogs, can add additional covered parking space for $15/mo, 24 hr laundry, close to tons of grocery stores/shopping centers, half mile to US60, 1 mile to 101, and 3 miles to ASU to bike.

I've lived here for over 8 years and I always enjoy the beautiful grounds and the pool. I couldn't think of anywhere else I'd rather live than at Southern Gardens! ~Susan B.

Moving from out of state was hard but from our first interaction with Southern Gardens we felt they genuinely cared about our situation. They were helpful and accommodating and always professional. Our family now enjoys the convenience of being close to everything. Our children have a short walk to school through a safe neighborhood and love to play outside in this beautiful community.
