ClubTattoo has sine reached out to me and resolved my issue and honored our agreement to satisfaction.
Side note: their customer service rep, Briana, was amazing! She was very responsive and understanding. They are very lucky to have her representing them!


A few weeks back Club Tattoo was running a promotional deal on gift cards.
$400 gift card for $280 + $7 S&H.
I purchased this gift card with a group of friends. Got my email confirmation for a $400 with a total cost of $287. AWESOME!
A few days later I received an email stating that they can not honor this arrangement and will ship out the card with the purchased price only of $280.
This is a total bait and switch tactic. Completely unprofessional and a huge disloyalty to customers.
I attempted to email them shortly after and all my emails went unreplied. It wasnt until a filed a complaint through PayPal is when someone replied back. I did get my refund and they canceled the gift card.
Be wary of a company who practices these acts to get people in their door!
If they instead honored their deal or in the end or gave me a refund and allowed me to keep my balance on the gift card, not only would they have had a customer walk in their doors and give them more money, they also wouldn't be receiving bad reviews warning people of their shady business practices.

Danielle White quoted me $400 for a 1/3 sleeve. After a couple of hours of work the price jumped to $1000. Therefore I was stuck with a half started tattoo on my arm with this stupid girl extorting money from me. When management and the owners confronted her about it she just lied and they took her side. We settled for $800 but only after Danielle continued to wine about how she wasn't getting paid enough. They didn't even care about my side of the story and they fell for Danielle's lies!!! Most of the reviews are from employees anyway guys and gals, don't fall for it!!!!!
I would never go here again..... You're better off going to Love and Hate before here!!!!
