I never write reviews but this place was so bad, Guy behind the counter was rude. They did a horrible job on my close. I will not be going back there. I wish I could give negative stars.

I had been using Apollo Cleaners for about a year now without incident, but most recently one of my shirts came back with two small holes in it and burn mark on the front. I didn't discover these issues until I was getting dressed for a meeting and pulled the shirt out of the dry cleaners polythene bag. I took the shirt back to Apollo's and was told the owner would call me, which he did. He told me the holes were from a moth or cricket, and that it was NOT POSSIBLE that they had burned the shirt.As for the moth/cricket - it is the only item of clothing in the garment bag that has holes (I checked them all). I remain unconvinced on that point, but it's possible I suppose.. As for the burn, it was definitely NOT there when I dropped the shirt off, and definitely NOT exposed to anything since I picked it up. It definitely came from Apollo Cleaners, but they would not own it.I understand that things can happen, but to let me pay for and send me off with a damaged shirt, bagged up, without saying anything is unconscionable IMO.If in fact the shirt was damaged when I dropped it off (it wasn't, I'm certain), they shouldn't have processed it, and let me know there was a problem. If they burned the shirt (they did, I'm certain), they should point it out to me when I pick it up. Instead, the owner's response was basically, "It's not me, it's you."Very, very disappointing.. and now I have to find another dry cleaners.

I have used Apollo for quite sometime. The prices are good and the service is fast. I have no complaints.
