I used All Copy Products one time to service a machine. The tech quoted $130 when he finished after about 45 min. I paid when he finished. A month later I am getting a bill for over $200. Nobody is in the office at 130pm to discuss, and the owners assistant hung up on me when she was rude and I asked her what her name is. I think this is unprofessional.

What a great experience I had doing business with this company. I have purchased from other dealers in the past and nothing compares to their service and support. With this company, I don’t get the run around like I did before with others. I will always refer them on and won’t ever go back to large copier companies again.
