Called at time of business open to make an appointment. The woman i spoke to said their was no appointments and I could just come in. I asked if it would be busy and she said no. Turns out that meant she had no more room for appointments and their was a 2 hour wait. Horrible customer service

So I was looking for a truck to buy for work and I went to Toyota at Temcula and there was a great welcoming guy he welcomed us with open arms his name was Stewart Alexander and he showed us around and I liked the Tacoma so I bought the car and I guess he brought his boss in and I think his name was I think Neil but end of story the service was great
