      I have brought i several bags of high end clothes. Each time I call to check my balance on my account I am told "they have a store full of people and can't look it up right now". That is so wrong to that to the people who are giving you your merchandise. Funny, I actually went it there and they had a "store full of people" yet it took the lady 2 seconds to look up my balance. Horrible customer service. I will take my merchandise elsewhere from now on. Very disappointed in how they treat me.
